Store and Shipping Policies
1) Product Quality - We guarantee to try our best to hand pick quality, mint condition items with limited box or paint faws. Unfortunately, while we do our best we cannot account for the practices of manufacturers or acts of God. Shelf-wear, creases, paint flaws and other imperfections occur. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections. If you seek a perfect paint job and mint box, we recommend shopping at a brick and mortar store.
2) Preorder Shipping - If you purchase preorder items along with in-stock items, your order will ship when ALL of the items have been completely been received, unless you select a different shipping option.
3) Cancelled orders - Cancelled orders (pre-ordered or in-stock items) are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
4) Clearance refunds - Clearance items are sold as is and are non-refundable. Imperfections may vary for clearance items and we cannot offer a refund for such.
5) Damage Package - If your shipment arrives damaged or has other issues we must be notified within 48 hours of the reception - No exceptions.
6) Limited Stock Items - Many items we sell are extremely limited editions and there is a possibility that an item could oversell on our web site. If this happens we will fill orders based on time of payment until orders are filled. When inventory runs out all unfilled orders will be fully refunded.
7) Free Pop! Protectors - In our attempt to insure your Pop! orders are received in in-box collectors worthy status. As of this time this is a commercial gesture policy and we can only guarantee it for premium Pop! orders (Regular sized Pop! worth $14.99 or more). This policy is subject to change in the future.
8.) Return Policy - Item must be returned within 6 days of receipt, unopened. Refund for purchase price only. Shipping charges non-refundable. Returned items will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
Items returned because buyer did not claim package from shipper are subject to a 15% restock fee and any return shipping fees incurred. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
9) Preorder reception and shipping - All Pre-orders are subject to availability. Product is shipped immediately upon reception from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays. Orders with both Preorder and in-stock items are shipped once ALL preorder items are received.
